 Gold Fiber Silk is a real baryta paper with a beautiful silk-like semi-gloss surface, developed specifically for digital technology. It consists of a pure white paper, made of alpha cellulose fibre, acid-free, coated with a layer of Barium Sulphate, the same coating used in silver halide papers. It offers the same aesthetic and image rendering results as traditional baryta prints made in the darkroom as well as excellent black density and excellent image sharpness.
